You need to put the Declude Junkmail and Declude Virus logs into DEBUG mode, have Imail SMTP log in Debug mode, run messages through it, copy some of those messages, and then review those. If you need help reviewing, you can zip and send those. (Make sure to put the logs back into the mode you had them before.)
