The best thing that I can suggest is that you make up a Dummy Account.
And take this Dummy account and use it to sign up on some very high profile Guestbooks.
That use "E-mail" Address's.
This is a big Spam Attraction, and you are quarenteed to get in spam within the 1st week.
As one of our clients found out back last year, They signed a freinds guestbook, and over the course
of 6 months, they had generated over 10,000 peices of spam, This all in due to a guestbook.
And we finally had to kill the account for the user, and create a new account.

Do not join un-known mailing list | Did not sign guestbook, that have clickable e-mail links.
