Like always, thanks for the help. I am still trouble shooting and just wanted to let the other guy know he wasn't the only one having the issue. I will keep you all informed.

For what it is worth I have been having the same issue. I have not found a solution on my end.

Step 1: Is the mail reaching your server (do you see "MAIL FROM:" lines showing the mail coming in)?
Yes: Go to Step 2
No: Go to Step 3

Step 2: Does your mailserver accept delivery (a spool file name appears in an SMTPD line in the log file)?
Yes: Go to Step 4
No: Troubleshoot why the E-mail starts being sent but isn't completed.

Step 3: Is your DNS good? Enter an address at your domain in the Mail Test tool at http://www.DNSreport.com .
Yes: Most likely, the problem is at the remote end.
No: Fix the problem.

Step 4: Check all log files entries to track the E-mail, and see where/why it was deleted.

This won't always get you a definite answer, and requires some knowledge/skills, but will help narrow down where the problem is.
