If I’m reading the log dump correctly, it implies that there are no mail servers registered for that particular domain. Or that domain doesn’t exist. Typo?

One of my users is having a problem sending to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Here is the log:

What does 550 user domain does not exist mean? Do this mean my domain doesn't exist (it obviously does) or theirs. I ran the email test on dnsreport and it looks like there is a problem with their doman? Is there anything *I* can do about this? Thanks |
