I have a client who is receiving bounced messages from a hotmail account, and they swear it is a good account.
Below is the bounce message, any help/insight as to what might be causing the bounce would be appreciated.
The IMail "Unknown user" (and similar) bounce message don't include the reason for the failure.
You can either look at the IMail SMTP log file ("SMTP" or "SMTP-" lines) for the error, or you can use our free BounceFinder program ( http://www.declude.com/tools ) to find the bounce automatically. In this case, you can type "BounceFinder D:\IMail\spool\sys0916.txt +hotmail" from a command prompt to find all bounces related to Hotmail.
