I'm on imail 8.2, and I have the most up to date calendaring templates. I have a problem that I have been able to reproduce on more than one server.
When you add a task, event, whatever... the Title shows up as "No Title". If you click on that link, then you can see the title. I searched thru the KB and this archive, and didn't see anything, maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I don't think so!
