Customer has many accounts on my server. Complains that they send messages to other users on their domain (on my server) that are not being delivered. Log file example of non-delivery below. I don't understand the NUL references?
The "-NUL" references are the key to this problem. That means that a rule deleted the E-mail. You'll need to check the rules for that user (and perhaps domain/systemwide) to find out why the E-mail was deleted.
