I believe that the only TLDs that redirect all bogus domains are the ones that I listed. All others work the way .com and .net used to work.
Actually, it looks like you missed .mp and .ph. You can go to http://www.DNSstuff.com/tools/alltld.ch?domain=declude-not-used-domani&type=A to find out which are using wildcards. .pw does something similar, with a CNAME.
So it is:
ac cc com cx mp museum net nu ph sh tk tm ws, and pw (using a CNAME).
