You're not passing AUTH commands to the server, according to the logs.
I'd  run  NetMon  on  the workstation and verify the transaction. Also
make  sure  that  you're logging in using the full [EMAIL PROTECTED] (though
this  would  show  up  the logs as "failed authentication" anyway).

Other  thoughts:  Is  that  "RCTP"  typo actually in the logs? Are you
positive  that  you're connecting to the right server? What happens if
you Telnet on 25 to Outlook's listed hostname (from the workstation)?
