I am an end user who has a domain setup with an ISP that using iMail 8.02. I am confused as to whether I have any capabilities to setup antispam features as an end user?
I saw the knowledge base article "IMail - How do I protect against the Sobig virus?", and did that within my domain account "Domain Processing Rules". But it doesn't show up on the list of Domain Processing Rules. I then tried to setup another one with the word "via***gra" in a body message which does show up in Domain Processing Rules. When I click on Up or Down list is just keeps showing that one rule and the Name changes (eg.
