Hrmm... VBScript? does that means I have to point the program alias to call my vbs script which in turns process the email and call mailall.exe?

May take some VBScript, of course, but you can alter the content, check for and strip out a password, etc. You should be aware, however, that by sufficiently gibberish-izing the PA name and not putting it anywhere in the body of your e-mail, you really should be just fine without additional security.
