We can't telnet to there mail servers on port 25. Neither can tech support at our ISP. We also cannot ping them and a dnsreport of the email addresses returns "could not connect messages - timed out" messages. I have also tried this from my internet cable connection at home. I'm wondering if it could be something with Compuserve in this particular area.

Have tried a know good address in dnsreport and the servers time out. Charter is one of the major ISP in our area and their web mail access is extremely slow as well. Is anyone else experiencing problems at this time?

I can telnet mail.compuserve.com 25 just fine. What does a telnet return from your network?
