Thanks for the quick reply Eric.  I spoke with Christian at Ipswitch and he pointed out, since I am running KillerWebMail, downloading the other templates won't work.  However, Ipswitch is currently working on KillerWebMail Version 4.02 which will include the correct templates allowing users to create their own lists.

The patch does not update the templates...You need to get the updated templates from our web site...

After reading the 8.03 release notes again:

"o Web Messaging: Added ability for users to maintain personal contact
  lists in their address books."

"The following template(s) were added in this version:

- addrb.gif
- addrbook.cgi"

I cannot find the two files above in my Imail directory after installing the patch.  Did anyone else incounter this?  Maybe this is why my web users are still unable to create their own personal lists.  I am using KillerWebMail and KillerLDAP

I am using 8.03 and noticed since I started using Imail 7 that users of web messaging cannot create their own list or groups. Is there a way I can get this to work for them? As well as their own address book, I am running KillerLdap so that they can at least look up company address's. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.  David.
