I have a user that today started getting an error when sending from outlook. Here is a log snippet:

10:01 15:04 SMTPD(09730058) [66.139.13.233] unacceptable mail address in MAIL FROM: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
First the user is authenticated, then not allowed to send. Anyone know what causes this?
