We had the same problem when we switched to a new
machine. We could only see the first 20% of the users in the web
administrator. After investigating, I found out that if there is a user
with and "_" (underscore) in their username, it wouldn't display any more
users. Oddly enough we could add users with an _ and have no
problem displaying it. It was just in the conversion.
In the end, we had to delete and re-create each
user that had the _ in it. Problem solved.

I've a really strange problem, I' ve
installed in my server ( OS W2k SP4 ) Imail 8.0, and opening the
IMAIL administrator, in my official host name domain (which uses nt
database) cant see all my accounts, just a few of them (although I cant
see those accounts, they exist and receive mails from the same server and
externally). I checked the knowledge base not finding anything related, so
tried to upgrade to the new version 8.03 and the problem was not
resolved. My last try was deleting de domain and recreating it, also not
resolved ( my nt users are correctly created and working). Before an
uninstall operation, I decided to ask for some help from the Forum
Masters.
