Some users reported us, that certain file attachments can not be
downloaded, simply because there is no link below the message body.
I've isolated such a message to one of our test accounts and can see a
"<!--[if.IMAIL gte mso 10]>" on the top of the site but no link below
the message. In the inbox list of all messages the mail icon doesn't
show the file attachment (paper clip) but the message size is indicated
correct with 7 MB.
When I try to download the message over pop3 with Outlook or also to
open the message with the Imail client and detach the file this work
fine.
We've in use:
-Win2k latest SP and Updates
-Imail 7.15
-KWM 4 with latest language pack updates
I've tried also the default web messaging templates
In the main.mbx-file I can see this message as a multipart message
The file attachment is included like:
"
------_=_NextPart_000_01C38983.EBABECE0
Content-Type: application/octet-stream;
name="BetaNew.rar"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: attachment;
filename="BetaNew.rar"
"
I've searched in Ipswitch's KB without a result.
If needed I can provide a webmail login to this mailbox or also the
entire mbx file.
