I read through the Event Logs and found this error right before the server stops receiving connections: Event ID (2019) The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because the pool was empty.
What I would do is start Task Manager, go to "View->Select Columns", and check the "Non-paged pool" box.
Then, go to the Processes tab, and click on the "Non-paged pool" button. This will sort all the processes by how much non-paged pool memory they are using.
After a few hours (before the problem occurs again), check again. Most likely, you will see that one specific process is starting to use more and more non-paged pool memory. That will let you know which process is at fault, so you can contact the appropriate vendor.
