100 entries is wrong, yet it is also correct depending on the circumstances.
I just entered 107 entries from IAdmin proving it will let you add more.
SMTPD32 reads the first 4 bytes from the file, this is the file version.
Currently this is equivalent to 403 (0x00000193).  If this version is 403,
more than 100 entries can be read from the file.   But, if that file version
is not 403, only 100 entries will be read from the file.

I can not tell you right now what version(s) of IMail use the old file
format.  I can tell you that 8.0X and 7.X both use the 403 version format
and therefore can accept more than 100 entries.   If I had to guess I think
the number 403 may have some significance.
