Thank's all! It seems to be a problem with the german version of Win2k. Sysmatecs installer is hard-coded to install their software to the C:\Program Files\Symantec\Scan Engine\ directory. In the german version there exsits no 'Program Files' folder. The program folder in the german version is 'Programme'. The installer creates a folder named 'Program Files' and installs parts of the program in this folder an other parts in the folder 'Programme'. I'm in contact with the Ipswitch support team.
