I have the current setting to be: Relay for Local Hosts only. I have tried changing it to: Relay for Local Users only. NO EFFECT I have tried changing the client to authenticate and to not authenticate. When testing the client with the TEST ACCOUNT SETTING. Both ways work fine, but, sending to ANY EMAIL ADDRESS still is rejected instantly.

If you have configured your IMail server to relay for only particular hosts (under the localhost->services->SMTP) they may have to have their email client authenticate before they can send mail. _________________ Bret Yarrison > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:IMail_Forum- > [EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Bryant Nielson > Sent: Thursday, October 09, 2003 11:45 AM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: [IMail Forum] Outlook error > > I am having difficulty with one person's email account with Imail. > > The user is operating Outlook 2002 on a W2 OS system. > > They can receive fine, but when sending...
