Even easier, rename the domain in IMail Administrator (turn Wizards off!)! When it asks 'Are you creating a new domain' answer 'No' and it should rename it! (a backup would be a good idea, prior to doing this!)
Or if it needs to support both domains, just add the new domain name as a Host Alias. Or rename first and add the old domain as the host alias.
