I have one client that is encountering a problem in accessing the SMTP server due to her installation of the MacAfee Firewall. She has disabled the firewall and yet she is still having difficulty in accessing her email. She is part of a company where ALL of the other users in their office are NOT encountering this problem. In addressing the problem, she can still access her account via the webmail access. What I am seeking is anyone who has experienced this situation and what is required to correct it.
