Hi,
The message pasted below was sent to an email address set up on our imail
server is then set to forward to a [EMAIL PROTECTED] address.
The message came back to the user says Delivery failed 5 attempts:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
The user sent the email originaly using a btinternet account to our imail
server.
Have a couple of questions.
1. What could be the possible reasons for 'Delivery failed 5 attempts:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]'
2. Could this suggest some problem with our Imail server redirecting email
to a btinternet account, as emails sent directly to this account are being
received ok.

Any help/advice would be much appreciated. Have pasted the delivery failed
message below.

Regards,
Sandeep
