Hello,

Myself and a friend just upgraded his company's Imail server from 7.15 to 8.03. The
server is an NT 4.0 server with all security updates and service packs.

Since we upgraded to Imail 8.0x, if you log in via webmail and click on HELP you
either get a blank screen no matter what help section you click on, or you get a blank
screen and then when you click on 'Contents' within the help it displays a malformed
webpage.

We have completely removed old content from c:\imail\web (which is where the web
messaging is served from) and installed the latest standard templates on the Ipswitch
site into that directory (which also installs two .ini files in c:\imail). We then
restarted webmail and still the same thing occurs.

A sample of what shows up is below. Any ideas?

Mike
