The way I understand it...

Mail will be delivered to the highest priority (lowest number) first. If there are MX records with the same priority, it will try each MX record randomly (but never the same one twice) until it succeeds or all connections fail before moving to the next MX record with a lower priority (higher number).

It  depends  on  why  you're  thinking  of  adding  it.  If its for load
balancing it should be another 10 MX.
