The area im setting up dose not have any dsl service. The co has no
equipment. I got 3 Paradyne GRANDslam 4229 without pots splitters. Mt plan
was to colo in the co and start to offer service. I have found that I have
to write a formal request to Verizon to "initiate negotiations" for tariff
and get all kinds of non disclosure agreements signed. Ill keep the group
posted in my progress incase anyone else is thinking of doing the same.

Thanks for all the help

Vinny

Actually you do not need any equipment other than an ATM Circuit.
Verizon will provision their Redbacks as PVC's of of your ATM circuit.
You need to be setp within their Provisioning Department for this to happen.
