However the newsletters still are getting tagged with xheaders stating that they were spam Example: I removed the url: a.r.tv.com and the newsletter comes in the next day with the following xheader: X-IMAIL-SPAM-URL-DBL: a.r.tv.com I did stop and restart the queue and smtp32 manager and the system has full control rights of the folder that the urlblack list is in. Why are my edits not taking effect?
