If your IMail server has the HELO test enabled then it is the one inserting the X-Header
Your mail client is using a HELO name that doesn't resolve to an IP address ping douglas.comsec.net Unknown host douglas.comsec.net. Your mail server (mail.comsec.net) is fine as it correctly resolves to an IP address So you can do a few things here 1.
