David is right it is sad to say that your customers are idiots. That is why
we never say it directly to them :) additionally the truth hurts and the
truth is 75% of most ISP customers really need to just pack the puter up and
send it back to wal-mart. I am grateful that they are customers and im sure
I would not understand their jobs but the fact is most of my customers at
least have no clue. Anyhow enough of my rant.

Vincent, David is still correct. These are the people that make our
paychecks possible. Even on days when the "brain cell deficient" are the
only ones calling!

BUT, Monday just got better as the lady we eradicated a virus her son got
from his Yahoo account just brought in brownies for the office!!! I cannot
eat them (allergic to egg white...), but they smell wonderful and the help
desk crew is enjoying them!
