David is right it is sad to say that your customers are idiots. That is why we never say it directly to them :) additionally the truth hurts and the truth is 75% of most ISP customers really need to just pack the puter up and send it back to wal-mart. I am grateful that they are customers and im sure I would not understand their jobs but the fact is most of my customers at least have no clue. Anyhow enough of my rant.
