We got this message from a postmaster in Italy. Is this something that declude does or is this a manual email?
Yes, this is something that Declude Virus can do (actually, most mailserver AV programs have this ability).
However, most of our customers have Declude Virus set up not to notify recipients on outside networks (if one of their users opens a virus from a source other than E-mail, for example). So you should rarely see notifications from Declude Virus that someone sent you a virus (unless, of course, you are running Declude Virus and the notifications come from your server).
