No offense taken. I just wanted to point out one of the drawbacks of blocking non-spams.

i know they are spam because i check every one. it is the only way i can be
certain that my users are not missing any emails.

But, you showed a log file entry:


 Out: 554 Service unavailable; [156.21.1.4] blocked using
     blackholes.easynet.nl, reason: Blacklisted by easynet.nl DNSBL -
     http://blackholes.easynet.nl/errors.html

Doesn't that mean that your mailserver rejected the E-mail, so that you can't check to see what the E-mail was?
