I’m not sure if this is the correct forum to post this to. If not, can someone provide a url to the proper location of the forum lists?
I have a user who is using dialup (56k) to access the web messaging for his domain. This domain is hosted on an IMail server with only about 40 other domains.
It takes 3 to 4 attempts to authenticate because of timeout errors and once he’s authenticated, if he attempts to delete simple non-attachment messages, it takes 3 to 4 attempts to delete them because of timeout errors. This does not happen with broadband connections.
Are there any issues with performance options that could cause this?
“Enable Keep Alive” is disabled…..
