Depends on the version of Outlook. If it's Outlook Express, just set up a
IMAP account and drag 'n' drop, then delete the POP mail account.

If it's Outlook 97, you have to get an add-in that will allow it to connect
to a IMAP server. Be aware of performance hits with users and IMAP - I'd
suggest you only set up IMAP/Webmail for those users that you think need to
have it (salesdrones, for instance), not just those that want it because
it's cool. With the salesdrones, I'd set them up with OE and IMAP and leave
the rest of them with POP and Outlook - for instance, a secretary doesn't
need it.

For those users with webmail, you might want to modify your DNS and/or your
web page to link to the webmail interface, as they probably won't remember
to type the :8383 after the URL ...
