if you need to write to specify the folder, you need to create the folder first. let say you want to put to the folder extract in drive c, you need to create folder extarct at drive c. then you can run the extractusers...

extractusers -f c:\extract -d domain.com

the file domain.com.txt will be created in c:\extract folder.

I use the following syntax with no problems:

extractusers -f (destination path) -d (domain name)

Subject: [IMail Forum] Using ExtractUsers.exe to extract users & password to text file.
Importance: High

Hi

Has anyone used ExtractUsers.exe to extract a list of Users including passwords from the IMail database to a text file?  Each time I try using the syntax specified here: http://dev.myownemail.com/Imail/ExtractUsers.htm I get the error abnormal program termination

Thanks,
