We we have done for our users who do not want a filter for their mail is create a seperate rule for each user that doesn't want mail filtered.  The rule is "header contains  x-imail-spam move to main".   This rule must be on each individual user.  or it can be on an entire virtual domain.  We have to do this all the time.   Hope this helps.  ----- Original Message ----- From: Patrick Gale To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, November 10, 2003 6:34 AM Subject: [IMail Forum] Domain vs. User Inbound Rules From my understanding, the user rules run after the domain rules and therefore should take precedence...    We have set up a domain rule to filter all spam into a "JunkMail" box for each user, but some of our users don't want their mail filtered at all.  Several attempts have been made to "turn off" the filter on these accounts by using rules on the user's account, but email is still moving into the JunkMail box.  The only way we can make sure that email goes into the Main box on these accounts is to add a seperate rule on the domain that checks for those email addresses and moves the messages.  What rule(s) can we set up for only those users that will force all email into their Main box?   Patrick
