I apologies for wasting all your time. After further investigating it was a programming error. The program that was sending the email to the list was putting a coma to separate last and first names. Outlook was interpreting the comma as an email address separator. Right away they blame the mail server!!

Then >[EMAIL PROTECTED] forwards the e-mail to Person B, Person C, and Person >D. Rather than use "forward" (which is the same term used by user accounts that have their mail re-routed or copies sent to other address(es)), I would suggest saying: Person A sends an E-mail to an alias account ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), which gets sent to Person B, Person C, and Person D. >The problem I'm having is, Person B (or C,D) does not know the e-mail >address of Person A. He can only see the Display name within Outlook. >If I look at the Headers I can see the e-mail address. How do I set up >Imail or Outlook to be able to reply with the senders e-mails address >in the To field? With an alias, the headers won't be modified at all. So the E-mail that Person A sent (with a "From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]" header) will still have a "From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]" header when it is received by Persons B, C, and D. If Person A sends an E-mail directly to Person B (or C or D), does it work properly? I'm guessing this isn't an issue with aliases, but instead is an Outlook issue. -Scott --- Declude JunkMail: The advanced anti-spam solution for IMail mailservers.
