And the email of other .biz domains I host, including a health and fitness solution provider, an accounting firm, a collection agency, a manufacturer of aquatic therapy supplies (the stuff used in every hospital and rehab center), etc--NONE of which do ANY email marketing whatsoever?

I've seen spam come from .org domains--howsa 'bout I arbitrarily decide that all email coming from .org domains is garbage if they happen to include a link to their website in their signature?

.biz is a valid tld.  If you block based on tld extension you are not blocking with a reasonable measure of accuracy.  .biz will only be used more as time goes on.

Gee, how 'bout .tv's?  We host for a few tv stations that have .tv domain names.  Gonna block those, too, since they aren't a .com, .net or .org?

I end up with an inbound rule

B~"http\://.{1,124}\.biz/!OR!B~"http\://.{1,[EMAIL PROTECTED],124}\.biz/:[EMAIL PROTECTED]

Every single email I've seen with a .biz link or reference in it has been garbage.

Couldn't you put ".biz" in the phrase filter list for non-html emails and the same in the url-dbl list for the html emails.  Wouldn't this potentially block too many valid emails?  I have thought of this too as I have yet to see a .biz reference in a valid email.
