Clayton, I feel your pain. I'm a long-time Imail/Declude user who used Imail's anti-spam as a supplement. As I posted yesterday, After a lot of effort I abandoned Imail anti-spam after what sounds to be the same experience you had with it; i.e. I couldn't put in the time Imail requires with its implementation
One thing I've just done with my Junkmail Pro install: Email failing an egregious number of tests gets deleted (a common enough action). Rather than holding the lesser offenders and reviewing I set up an ATTACH action, where the user receives an email from 'You Have Spam' whose subject line is the sender's address (the true sender, not the forged one). This sanitized-yet-complete message is then delivered. For a few extra bucks from the client, I will take that sanitized mail and route it to a web mail box named 'Spam' so its out of everyday sight. Either way, the final spam determination is made by the client (as in not by me). My spam system complaints have now dropped to zero. -------------------------------------------- Matt Robertson [EMAIL PROTECTED] MSB Designs, Inc. http://mysecretbase.com -------------------------------------------- To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
