[1] The problem with the mailbox size not being reported correctly (the one you *should* be referring to), [2] The other problem the user had, with WebShield's horrible logging and naming causing problems, [3] "Loads of mail in spool" (the subject, which doesn't appear to be relevant), or [4] the dictionary attack?
