Kevin, I don't know if this is your problem (if everything was working fine before you switched hardware) but...
64.30.27.230 does not have a rDNS entry. See: http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ip4r.ch?ip=64.30.27.230 Also, according to http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=hartfordsd.com your mx is listed as 64.30.36.145 (which is listed in ORDB as an open relay). According to the link above, your mail server is not currently an open relay. But, back in 01-19-2002 you were an open relay. Please see: http://ordb.org/lookup/?host=64.30.36.145 I would suggest you set up a ptr for 64.30.27.230 and submit 64.30.36.145 to ORBD for re-testing. (to remove you from their open relay database.)
