I added three IP adresses in the network config (192.168.1.200 - 202). I can't do an ipconfig on that machine, because I'm not at the office right now. I live in Germany and here it is 08:45 pm. But I deleted an added the adresse a few times - same behavior.

As Sandy was suggesting this behaviour could be caused by not having an ip address bound to your network card.
