We are unable to send mail to certain companies and get the We do not relay from you in our syslog file. We currently do not have mail relay turned on. Here is a description from the syslog file:

Do not worry about this. They are broken. Relaying is when you try to send mail that is not destined to their mailserver. But since you have not yet told them (via RCPT TO) who the E-mail is for, the only way that they can know that you are trying to relay is if they do not handle E-mail for any domains. But their IP appears in the MX record for 2creativecircle.com. So they are broken.
I'm guessing the problem is really that they either don't like your IP for some reason, but don't speak the language that mailserver admins speak.
