Just to share in case anyone ever gets this question, some may have seen
this, but I hadn't..

Had a user call and complain that they weren't getting all their mail.
Natch, it's OUR fault. I checked and they had 31 msgs. Told them to try
again, and OE told them they had 1 msg and downloaded it. But 30 remained.
All the same address. So I started checking OE for settings, seems they have
a mail rule set in there to leave messages from <sender> on server. Tools -
Message rules. I can see the benefit of this if you don't want to pull
someone's mail at work/home but do pull in the other location....... but in
this example, it's dangerous.

"I thought that meant I'd never get mail from them." Correct, YOU don't, but
the mailbox DOES. Sheesh.

Ya learn something new every day. Quitting time yet? I need some coffee. =)
