We are running version 8 of the software and under the main domain (the first one that was created, but not used) is a root mailbox. In this mailbox is a bulk folder. Can anyone tell me why it is there and what purpose it has.
It sounds like you're using one of the earlier versions of IMail v8, which had anti-spam enabled by default, and routing spam to the "root-bulk" mailbox.
