[IMail Forum] Global Vacation msg?

We had to close our factory todya becuase of severe weather. I wanted to be able to establish a system wide "vacation message" to let customers know that we weren't ignoring them. Other than manually putting a vacation.ima file in every user's folder, I didn't see a good way to do it.

Is there a trick I'm missing?
