[IMail Forum] Smtp authentication with end user behind Raptor FW

Anyone seen any issues when end user is behind a Symantec Raptor firewall and smtp authentication.   We have a customer behind such a firewall, and they cannot send mail (our logs show that they are not authenticating) but if they bypass their firewall they are able to authenticate and send.   Ever seen this before?   PV
