Hi Sandy, Sent a support request to MessageLabs so I'll have to wait and see what they say.
They asked for a copy of the message headers so they must be taking it seriously. The "mail" part of the return address ie. mail.sampledomain.co.uk is actually the hostname as you are probably already aware, but you don't *normally* use this when sending messages from the EMail client.
