there is a command line utility that comes with IMail called immsgexp.exe.
Run it from the command line and it will do one up to all of the mailboxes
in one shot
D:\IMail>immsgexp /?
Ipswitch(r) IMail mailbox expiration Utility - Version 8.04
Copyright(c)Ipswitch, Inc. 1998-2001. All rights reserved.
Usage: immsgexp -tstartdir -dnumdays [-mMailbox]
-t Path (full or relative to IMail TopDir) to top directory to start
looking for mailboxes.
-d number of days old a msg can be and not be removed anything older
will be removed
-m mailbox (mailbox.mbx) to check. If this is omitted all mailboxes
in Path will be checked
