Have you checked the logs?

Are you using the same username and password for SMTP Authentication, or do
you have the box checked use the same as POP3 information?

Here's something I can't quite figure out...

I cannot login to get email from Outlook Express (get invalid
username/password).� However, I can send mail without a problem using the
same Outlook Express and the same username/password for SMTP authentication
as I'm using for POP.� I can also login to the web client with this same
username/password without a problem.

I have checked and rechecked my OE POP settings and there is nothing wrong
with them.
