Hello,

I've been getting many such messages of late when attempting to post to the Imail forum.
I understand that the messages are being automatically rejected because the receiving
SMTP server interprets these messages as automated and therefore undesirable.

However, the following criteria doesn't make much sense to me.

> Subject: header contains: 'MAIL FORUM] 0X800CCC0E BUT CAN RECEIV'

Is there a list of stop words that I should avoid when posting? Are these bounces
more automated than I initially suspect?

Thanks,

Your message posting was rejected because:

> Subject: header contains: 'MAIL FORUM] 0X800CCC0E BUT CAN RECEIV'

This text is usually only included by automated email programs, such as
"vacation" programs. For this reason, Lyris ListManager does not accept messages
which contain this text, because it is highly likely that they are
automated messages, and not appropriate for a mailing list.

If you are receiving this message, it means that you accidentally set off
this safeguard.

Please resubmit your email message, without including this "trigger text".
